This is a fantastic role for for an intermediate level lawyer (approx 5 years experience) looking to go in-house or make a move to a more autonomous position. Our client is global brand name in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Market who requires a commercial minded lawyer ready to get involved in a start up subsidiary company with a new management team.
In addition to providing a wide range of legal advice the successful applicant will have an active role in establishing the direction of the company in the formative months. This work will continue through into operational phase including the negotiation of licensing agreements with distributors throughout the EMEA.
