A 2-4 PQE solicitor is required for a dynamic and fast-growing City firm to work on all aspects of intellectual property and commercial contracts, with a particular emphasis on non-contentious work. This fantastic opportunity will provide the successful applicant with an opportunity to grow and develop client relationships providing specialist IP advice on all aspects of IP law. Work will also include advising on franchise, agency, license and advertising agreements as well as involvement in the IP elements of large transactional arrangements.
